Christopher & Justin Swader are New York-based scenic designers. Selected design credits include: A Raisin in the Sun (Two River Theater), The Three Musketeers, Macbeth, The Tempest, Dutchman (Classical Theatre of Harlem), The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Significant Other (SpeakEasy Stage Company), Annie (John W. Engeman Theatre), Campfire (Lincoln Center Education), An Octoroon (ArtsEmerson/Company One Theatre), Heather Henson’s Crane: On Earth, In Sky. They have also collaborated with HERE Arts Center, La MaMa, Park Avenue Armory, The New School for Drama, Sotheby’s, Cherry Lane Theatre, 3LD, Manhattan School of Music, Emerson String Quartet, Kitchen Theatre Company, National Black Theatre, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Bristol Valley Theatre, Columbia Stages, Mason Holdings, Trusty Sidekick, Shadowland Stages, The Orchard Project, & The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center. 2016 Henry Hewes Design Award nomination. 2017 AUDELCO Award for Best Set Design. Finalist in the 2017 World Stage Design Exhibition. Graduates of Ball State University.
