Sherri Barber

Sherri Eden Barber is a New York-based director, Artistic Director of Ricochet Collective, and Artistic Associate at Rattlestick Theater. Recent credits include Mr. Landing Takes A Fall (The Flea), Herman Kline’s Midlife Crisis (The Beckett), Gordy Crashes (Ricochet Collective/IRT), Happily After Ever (Ricochet Collective/59E59/Edinburgh Fringe Festival), Sit (24 Hour Plays on Broadway/American Airlines Theatre), Latrell Live Tonight! (Joe’s Pub), References To Salvador Dali Make Me Hot (Hangar Theatre), Only You Can Prevent Wildfires (Culture Project).

She has developed new work with Rattlestick Theater, Orchard Project, New York Theatre Workshop, Harlem Stage, Classic Theatre of Harlem, Primary Stages, The Flea Theater, Culture Project, 24 Hour Play Company, and Old Vic.

Sherri is a Drama League Directing Fellow and recipient of the US/UK Exchange Award. She received her MFA in Directing from The New School for Drama.
