Gip Hoppe

Gip Hoppe is the author of fifteen plays. His plays have been performed on Broadway, Off-Broadway, London’s West End, The State Theater of Germany and regional theaters across the U.S.  Among them were: Heart of Jade, The War of the World, A Song of ShipsThe Hunchback of Notre Dame, Savoir of the Universe, Ruby Tuesday, Horrify, Absolutely Real, True DisastersMercy on the Doorstep, A Christmas Carol, Untamed LoveCuckooland, The Fall of the House of Usher. Gip also directed the two national tours of Blues Clues Live and the two national tours and one international tour of Dora The Explorer and Go Diego Go all of which have played Radio City Music Hall in New York. Gip directed the international tour of Sponge Bob: The Musical! which opened in Singapore in May of 2007 and will re-open in London in February, 2009.  He has worked extensively as a director at various theaters in the United States and Europe including Broadway and London’s West End.
