He graduated from The University of California Berkeley, where he walked on the football team and eventually earned a scholarship. It was there, where he was introduced to acting and began studying the craft.&nbsp;Roy&nbsp;also trained at The American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco and performed community-theater throughout the Bay Area. What began on the theater stage, has continued on the small and big screen, as he works in both film and television.&nbsp;Roy&nbsp;Jackson&nbsp;has also been making people laugh his whole life, so stand-up comedy was naturally a seamless progression.
