Julian Tushabe

Julian Tushabe (he/him) is a Kenyan born, Uganda raised, and American educated actor, with a wealth of travel all over the world, now based in New York City. He holds an MFA in Acting from the University of California, Irvine’s Claire Trevor School of The Arts. Most recently seen in The Public Theatre’s production of Twelfth Night at Shakespeare In The Park, his work spans classical theatre, contemporary realism, musicals, and devised works. His training is rooted in various forms of physical theatre, Knight-Thompson Speechwork, and Meisner technique. Outside of acting, he’s a certified personal trainer, hip hop dancer, and avid traveler who seeks connection through movement, rhythm, and language. More at juliantushabe.com.
