Tatyana-Marie Carlo

Tatyana-Marie Carlo (she/ella) is a Latiné director and the Resident Director of Trinity Repertory Company. Her work is funny, specific, and deeply human. She is a co-founder of La Bulla Collective, a multidisciplinary theater collective that creates original work and multilingual adaptations of classic plays.

Tatyana is a Drama League Award nominee for Outstanding Direction of a Play for Spread at INTAR Theatre. She is Lead Directing Faculty at the National Theater Institute and holds an MFA in Directing from Brown University.

She has collaborated with theaters across the United States and Off-Broadway, including INTAR Theatre, Hartford Stage, Arkansas Rep, Philadelphia Theatre Company, Dallas Theater Center, Everyman Theatre, Children’s Theater Company, WAM Theatre, Dorset Theatre Festival, Williamstown Theatre Festival, and more.
