John J. Concado aka Juanjo, originally received his MA in Psychology from Columbia University before making the scary decision to do a career 180 and return to his true passion. Since that worthwhile pivot, he has worked extensively on stage throughout New York and calls INTAR and LAByrinth Theater Co. his artistic homes. Recent Theater: Romeo y Julieta, starring Lupita Nyong’o (The Public Theater); The Enclave (Rattlestick Theater); The Forest (O’Neill Theater Center); Locusts Have No King (INTAR); Jesus Hopped the “A” Train (Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theatre). A sought-after voice artist, John has recorded many national commercials in both English and Spanish as well as voiced several characters for various blockbuster video games and is the current voice of Fox Deportes/Sports. A native New Yorker and fully bilingual Argentinian-American with a soft spot for the Mets and everything Lionel Messi, John is grateful to finally be back working in person with his artistic community.
