Lisa Datz is an award-winning actor, director, writer, producer, and voice-over artist working across film, television, theater, and gaming.
She made her Broadway debut in the Tony Award–winning original cast of Titanic, and later starred opposite Patrick Wilson in The Full Monty. Off-Broadway, she earned critical acclaim as Yitzhak in Hedwig and the Angry Inch.
On screen, she has appeared in FBI: Most Wanted, Elementary, Castle, and Bones. In the gaming world, she is internationally recognized for her performance as Jessica LeClerk in Rockstar Games’ Red Dead Redemption 2.
Lisa is the creator of Life of Riley, which she wrote, directed, produced, and stars in. The film has received multiple festival honors—including the Jury Prize at the Los Angeles International Film Festival and Best International Short at the London Independent Film Festival—and is currently being developed as a television series.
She was named one of the American Film Market’s Rising Female Directors to Discover and later returned to FBI: Most Wanted as a Director-in-Training, shadowing director Ken Girotti.
Originally from Highland Park, Illinois, Lisa is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance.
She is a trained dancer (hip-hop and jazz), a former competitive figure skater, and an accomplished equestrian. She divides her time between New York and Los Angeles.
